Blissful Nights e4 Premium Adjustable Base - Split-Top Flex-Head

Base was delivered promptly but we probably didn't set it up for 3 weeks. One of the threads that defeat screw into was not working. Contacted support and they said they'd send a new base and I counted that I could try to chase the thread with a tap. They gave me a discount for the trouble and said that if that didn't work to let him know and they'd send a new one anyway. I was able to fix it save everybody some shipping and time and the base has been great ever since. It was a good price and good customer support on top of it makes it a tremendous value.

We purchased a split top bed frame and couldn’t get the bottom of the frames to work together. Customer service was friendly and amazing. Even with their help we still couldn’t figure it out. They sent a new control box and a technician to install. Works great. The company stands behind their product! Love the bedframe. Great value. Highly recommended!

Overall we love the e4 and split top mattress. I would of given 5 stars but the mattress is not the size of a true california king, maybe king size? I dont know if there was a mistake in shipping, or if its just smaller than a true California king. On the site the king and the California king were listed as the same price, so I assume the mattress is the same for the king and cal king and its just the spacing between the 2 combined bed frames that makes up the difference?

The adjustable bases (2 twin XLs to accommodate mattress) and king split head mattress arrived as advertised and are working out well so far. My only complaint is that when the head is raised I have to be a contortionist and reach way back to access my nightstand. Seems that would be same with any adjustable bead though. Anyone found a good solution without putting the nightstand on wheels?

This bed is great. We had a Tempurpedic and it’s quite similar. I miss the sleep app and hope Blissful Nights will offer one at some point.

Bed works well so far no issues. Nice having the zero gravity.

I purchased the flextop Cali King adjustable base. It came as 2 seperate bases. Very heavy! After less than 6 months the head raise button stopped working. New remotes were sent. Another 6 months or so, Same issue. They send me a new motor, no remotes and no installation! They say "we think it's the motor." I'm supposed to know how to add a new motor? Since it's over 1 year no tech support! Really! This issue was reported and not completely solved after 6 months. They seem nice until they have to really help you with their faulty equipment. Going to chuck it and buy one from sleep number! Waste of my money. Pray you have a better experience.

Good base. Only complaint is lack of compatibility with beds

The BN base is great. We have a split head Cal king so we needed a coordination box and it works well.

The adjustable frame is great. But the mattress is what makes the whole thing worth it. This is the most comfortable mattress that I have ever laid on. I sleep at least 6 hours continuously without waking once. And I'm a side-sleeper. No shoulder pains. What a difference.

We purchased our e4 split top flex frame to go with a new Sleep Number iLE mattress. Pairs great with Sleep Number. Saving us a lot of money versus Sleep Number’s frame. Only concern is the mattress air valve sits on part of the adjustable frame. Could be a problem over time? Will try to accommodate the air fitting to avoid any concern. Would definitely buy again!

I ordered an e4 and wasn't sure how to set up the remotes. I called them and a live person answered the phone and handled my call quickly. In a world where you tend to wait for an agent, getting responded to within seconds is a major surprise.

The bedframe seems to be a good product. Only had it for a week so it is hard to comment. However, it does everything the website says it does.

In the past we had purchased multiple Sleep Number beds. We wanted a Sleep Number with the split king for the incline, crazy pricing, not worth the money. Found Blissful Nights, priced right, delivered to our door, setup was simple and the best part is we love our bed.

Haven’t even gotten it yet and still haven’t been given an actual delivery date

These sheets are so soft and comfortable. They are the perfect fit as well.

I bought this adjustable base for my new Sleep Number mattress and it is perfect. Set up was easy and the base is very well made. We love the massage feature and are 100% satisfied.

Great adjustable base. Works with our sleep number bed and for a fraction of the price. Fits inside our bed frame too.

All in all we like it verry much , the remotes were a little difficult at first but we were missing the box that synced the beds
