The big heavy boxes for our split-King were scheduled to arrive less than 4 days after we ordered, which was impressive. They were sent FedEx. The boxes were a bit beat up, but the contents were in excellent condition. The only casualty was a small foot inside one of the beds that appears to just be a spacer for when they are folded for transport. Nothing else was broken or damaged.So far we are VERY impressed. The beds were almost ridiculously easy to set up. It does take two people unless you are a seasoned weight lifter- they aren't light. Just unfold, remove the zip ties holding the boxes with the legs, remote, and mattress retainer (for the end), screw the feet on, screw the mattress retainer on with the wing nuts provided, and set the bed where you want it. The remote for each one was already paired. Plugged them in and they worked right away!The motors are quiet and the mechanism is much faster than some others we had tried out. We have 14' memory foam mattresses on them and they don't seem to even be working hard. The massage functions are better than I expected. The under-bed night lights are a wonderful and classy bonus.For the set- they cost almost $500 less than similar ones we were looking at from a local furniture store, but they have more functions (massage, night light, memory settings) than they did.I will update this if anything goes wrong, but for now- we are very-very happy!

We ordered these to use on new Layla mattresses we bought. These bed frames are great, super quiet motors, very solid, no wiggle or squeaks. Remote is backlight and laid out nice. Zero gravity function is fantastic as well. We bought the split-king frames, they are very high quality.

I researched adjustable beds awhile before purchasing. This one is everything the manufacturer touts. Easy assembly, quiet and smooth operation between settings. Back lit remote and under bed lighting are handy features at night. No wall hugging, but unless you’re sitting straight up it stays close to night stand. The only feature missing from the most expensive units is head tilt. Consider the tasks you perform in bed to determine how much that matters. Not enough for me to pay 5x more for an adjustable bed. Excellent. Recommend. Would buy again.

Most adjustable beds at furniture stores do not have a warranty. They cost at least twice as much money too.that is why I decided to buys this bed at half the price. I am really glad I did. My son suffers from sleep apnea. The snore function is awesome. He sleeps mostly I'm the zero gravity position. He is 6 ft 3 and this position allows him to sleep comfortably. I would buy again. My sister tried it out and will be purchasing this bed. We paired it with a Slumber Solutions 10 inch gel cooling memory foam mattress.

Since having surgery, I had to use a 'wedge pillow' to sleep at an incline. My best friend and sister both purchased adjustable beds some time ago and told me I should get one. Well, this adjustable bed base was such a game changer for me! Surgery aside, this bed is wonderful! I sleep SO much better … EVERY night since I got it.So I got rid of the wedge pillow and extra pillows I used while watching tv. Speaking of tv, I didn't think I'd use the under-bed lighting but I put it on every night; these lights are perfect while watching television in the dark.I had an issue with one of the buttons on the remote control so I called the Customer Service number. The friendly, professional woman at the other end told me that she would send a new remote along with a power box, in case it's just not the remote. Only a couple days later I received the two items followed by a phone call from a service person who made an appointment the same day with me to pair up the remote and install the power box if necessary.Luckily, it was an easy fix with just the remote control and it was done within 15 minutes! Wonderful Service!!If you're hesitating about getting an adjustable bed base, I can't urge you enough to take the leap with this one. The price, the service and the quality of the bed base are great!One last thing - like several reviewers have mentioned before, this bed base is very heavy! You will need TWO people when setting it up, to flip it over once the legs are on.

I have tried the head and foot massage, the head seems to work okay, but can barely feel the foot massage. Is this normal or is there something wrong?

I've only had the adjustable frame for several days now but it works very well. I think the only complaint I might have about it is the location of USB ports they work fine however they're on the bottom underneath the frame would have been nicer if they were closer to the head of the frame on the adjustable portion. But other than that I really like it the massage works well in the night light is convenient. The setup is very simple although it is a little heavy and requires two people to move it but once it's set up you can move it around by yourself in the room

Im still giving it 5 stars because of the price, it could use a bit more powerful of a message motor and there needs to be a way to strap the mattress down to the bed better

I have been looking for an adjustable bed frame for some time, and I kept returning to this one because of the majority of very favorable and favorable reviews.First off, the not good news: the product came in a heavily damaged original shipping box. It was manufactured and boxed by our friends in China, who then sent it to South Bay International, Inc., in Fontana, CA. Our friends there stored the merchandise in their warehouse and from there shipped it to me across the country (New England). The result of this long journey across half the globe: There was a long slash on one side which thankfully did not completely cut through. On the other side, though, there was a gash, and a puncture in the material which covers the upside surface of the foot end of the base. Once I saw that, I immediately decided to return the shipment. You can easily print out a UPS shipping label via Amazon's site. But guess what: you gotta schlep 119 lbs to the nearest UPS drop-off location. You must grant it to Jeff: he does treat his customers as badly as his workers and the merchants using Amazon Marketplace, miser that he is. I tried to schedule UPS Pickup - but then I have to pay. A lot. UPS failed to show up for 48 hours for pickup. So I had plenty of time to take another look at the bed frame - and decided to keep it after all, having gone through four phone calls with UPS (I refrain from describing the experience. Let's say it is Kafkaesque). Nuff said.Now, the good news: Once the base is out of the box and carefully (!) laid out on the floor, some contents fall out of their (attached) boxes. Remember: this stuff comes all the way from our dear low-wage friends in China, so the occurrence is natural. Not a single one of accessory the contents was damaged. After proper close inspection, the base is easily made ready by screwing in the legs. Then carefully (!) turn it on its side, and then lower it into its normal position. Bought the bed July 8th. Received it about a week later. We ordered a split King which is 2 extra long twin frames. On one twin the USB port didn't work and both twin beds individual head and bottom of bed controls didn't work. I called them and they immediately shipped out new master controls and motors for the two twin base units. No sooner had I receive them then I got a phone call from them stating they were going to replace the entire bed. Now....... unfortunately I just had kidney surgery I can't lift and put together this bed. So I have had to now purchase a white glove delivery because they didn't check their products out before they shipped it to us. That's an extra $150.I must say I'm pretty unsatisfied with their product. I feel they should cover the white glove cost.

It is too early to write a review of the bed itself as I have used it less than a week. However, it was easy to set up, as advertised, with something to cut plastic ties being the only tool needed. Everything works well so far.

I had been contemplating an adjustable bed for a long time due to my back and sleep issues. I wish I had purchased sooner! It has been much better than expected

Except for the checkmark that states it comes with optional headboard bracket it is as stated, the best frame, the four massagers, make it more complete than others as well.

It took about 5 minutes to unbox and assemble. I'm a 280# guy and this has no problem lifting my upper body or legs to any height I want. I have the support legs set-up at the tallest level and there is still no wobble. I am glad I got the massage, but wish it didn't auto shut off at 10 minutes. I have had it for about 2 months and have zero regrets.

Great product, massager is much more intense than expected even through memory foam mattresses...a pleasant surprise. Bed is quiet and remotes work well. Only issue was with the packaging. There was some minor damage to the soft parts of the bed frame during shipping but did not affect usability so we kept them. If there is one thing the manufacturer could do better it would be to increase the thickness of the shipping box so FedEx doesn't damage it. They are very heavy so without proper packaging they are easy to damage. Overall very pleased!

Helped me sleep on my back after knee surgery. Zero gravity was very useful to elevate feet above heart. Very heavy, glad we got the split king instead of one large frame. USB ports are under the bed near headboard, which is a little awkward to find. My helpers didn't realize this and put them together in the middle, rather than to the side.

Frame needs 50 inches of internal clearance for frames / platform beds. It has a pivot point that hangs 1-2 inches lower than the frame. If you thought you could simply insert this into an existing platform bed - make sure you have adequate clearance.Other than that, the frame seems easy to assemble.

Although this frame was delivered in an intimidating 104 lb. box, it was easy to slide into my bedroom and even easier to assemble. I put my new SleepNumber 360 mattress on it have been enjoying the LED lighting at night, along with the massage on my neuropathic feet and legs, or head when my neck hurts, not to mention it's quiet movement. Don't be fooled into buying a bedframe that costs 3X's more, just because the mattress is from a different company! This is awesome!

I was hesitant to order an item over 600 dollars but once I opened the box and set it up IN 10 MINUTES, I was sold! It took two of us to lift it top side up once the legs we’re screwed on. It is definitely a two person job but easy. I love the way it works. Very quiet and effortless. I also like the light under the bed. Just enough glow. The vibrating feature is relaxing. I would suggest making this purchase. I’m very satisfied. I have a MINT cool foam mattress on top.

You get 4 massagers to cover the each quadrant of the bed. Cool under bed lighting, along with chargers on both sides of the bed. Wireless remote that has memory settings and lights up. This beds price was right for me with all these extras included. I am glad I finally did the purchase. I set this up by myself! It was that easy.

Fast forward eight years, and we decided to look into getting that frame again. The price had gone up, though, and even getting the previous model frame (they had a couple left in the warehouse), we were looking at over three thousand dollars installed. And for that price, we would only be getting one remote.After learning this, I decided to see what other people were saying about the frame. An Internet search led me to the product page for this frame, and I am so happy it did. I was a bit nervous about ordering something like this sight unseen, but the positive reviews and the huge price difference (one third the price!) convinced us to place the order.The frames arrived well wrapped, which was good because the boxes had clearly been mishandled. But everything inside was in perfect order. We followed the advice in One of the reviews here and disconnected the headboard and footboard and moved the two struts that connect these out of the way. This took less than a minute and allowed easy access to place and position the adjustable frames (there are two because we have a split king). They are quite heavy, so I am really glad we did that. We had 3 people to move things, but 2 could pull it off.Installation was really easy. Basically you just screw on the legs, flip the frame over, position the frame and connect the power supply. Note that the manufacturer now seems to be securing the wires to the frame, so we didn't have the issue reported by other reviewers with the wires hanging down to the floor. The bed motors are quiet and quick, and all the features work as advertised.My wife and I love the bed, and every time we lay down on it, we'll get the added satisfaction of knowing that we saved (literally) thousands of dollars by buying this instead of the frame from Sleep Number.
