They will answer the phone and they provided very prompt service

I ordered my bedframe from Sam's Club, unfortunately, there was some confusion as to what brackets that I needed and I was shipped the wrong ones; however, I called them both times and new ones were on the way the next day.

The Bottom Line is that the folks at Blissful Nights provided fabulous customer service and it is so refreshing to be able to call a company and have a person answer the phone rather than taking days or weeks to respond via E-mail. I have one Lucid brand bed frame and that company will NOT talk to a customer and furthermore their product does not function as stated in their manual. Thus, I bought a different brand for another room and I am very pleased. Keep up the Great Service!
